Norm was a leader in many ways, his knowledge made him the go to person and he helped many people over the years advance in their careers. He would give great advice but, never ask for anything in return was just happy to help.
Norm would speak about his family quite often and was very devoted and proud of them.
When Norm became ill, he still encouraged others in a positive manner and wished to be a cancer ambassador for Sydney Trains.
Last November, Norm made his way to his workplace for Movember, took time to visit with his team and co workers and thanked the staff for raising funds for cancer.
Norm loved a challenge, over the years he made many friends. We lost a good person, friend and work mate way too soon. He will be sadly missed.
