In memory of the beautiful Vickie Kefala

I have created this page in memory of someone very special in my heart.

Sometimes life is not fair, taking the most beautiful and sweet souls too early. Unfortunately this is the case for my beautiful Aunty Vickie! Vickie, I love you more than you will ever know, thank you for being one of my best friends in life, making me laugh every day! I am so glad that we were able to spend your last few hours on Earth together, listening to your favourite songs, spending time together and having a sleepover.

For those who knew and loved my beautiful, funny, cheeky and loving Aunty, we would love for you to make a donation to the Australian Cancer Council in lieu of flowers, so we can try our hardest to kick cancer in the butt! Cancer is such an awful disease, and does not discriminate in choosing it's victims. We have all been affected by cancer, and unfortunately this time it was very close to home, taking away our beautiful Vickie from our lives.

In memory of Vickie, I'd like to take the opportunity to help our local Cancer Council support those affected right now by cancer and fund world changing research and go towards beating cancer and helping those still affected by it today.

On the day, I will also be providing envelopes and cancer research ribbons for all guests attending Vickie's funeral service. I will try to place these at the entrance of the funeral service and also at the wake. At the end of the day, we will collect these donations and send them straight through to the Cancer Council for processing and receipting. The ribbons are for you to keep.
