Hi Karen, You get the permanent residence card in my heart. I will keep remembering you and things what you told me: A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking, because her trust is not on the branch but on it's own wings. Always believe in youtself… Today you said in your celebration: Don't run too fast on this road. Don't always look back or look forward, look more around. All kept in mind. Never to be forgotten.

Karen, I'm so grateful as I always said to you that you had changed my life bringing me to this county. I still remembered you laughed and said to me "Tracy! You can buy a house here in Australia!" It had never been boring as long as you the PINK lady were in the office or around. I can't hold myself to burst into tears every time I realized I couldn't just pick up the phone and ring you then get the generous help and advice any more. To me, you are not just the boss but my mentor who looks after and cares about me for work and for my personal life. You are loved and missed forever!

Karen you were such and genuine down to earth person and will sadly be missed!!!
