In loving memory of dear Edith Sorum. She was a precious friend to our family for over 60 years. Personnaly, she was also a dear, wise woman who was more like an Aunt to me. I will never forget the kindness she showed by knitting my three children a norwegian ski jumper after Mum passed away, fulfilling a promise that Mum had made but couldn't follow through on. Also, the gift of a Norwegian cargidan to me on my 50th birthday. Edith was a wise woman, fully of knowledge and wisdom. She had such a giving nature and a heart of gold. There is a huge loss to our world now that she has left us. Rest well Edith - you will always be dearly remembered. Sending love and hugs to the entire family during this very sad time. xxx

Edith will be missed by her extended Norwegian “family”.... like us. We all have very many positive memories of Edith ( Eg. Norwegian jumper for Monica when she was little, She joined Agnes and Trygve on their maiden trip of Moonin one of Trygve’s yachts, We looked after Hansen Ediths big orange cat, Cecilie houseminding and looking after the Great Danes ).... lots of great memories and lots of fun, kind.
